Dane Eyerly — Founder
Dane’s idea for Great American Tour Company was built around one simple idea: Yellowstone should feel inspiring—not exhausting. He oversees operations, routing, guest experience, and safety standards to ensure every tour runs smoothly. Dane has spent many summers in Yellowstone familiarizing himself with the rivers, wildlife, history, and geothermal features that make Yellowstone unlike any other place on the planet. Dane has personally driven to 47 states and visited over 50 national park sites.
Daniel Lewis — Founder
Daniel teamed up with Great American Tour Company to give visitors to Yellowstone National Park a vibrant, exciting, and memorable experience. Daniel’s outgoing personality and deep love of nature, the great outdoors, and the uniqueness of Yellowstone shine through in every tour. Daniel is an Eagle Scout who grew up in the Texas hill country.

Our Jr. Guides are National Park and Nature Lovers
Colette, Roman, and Bam Bam are known for their love of the outdoors, travel, and unique knowledge of Yellowstone. These three Jr. Guides have traveled the country extensively, gaining a unique perspective and appreciation for the world we live in.

Both Dane and Daniel are professional drivers with extensive driving experience whose personal attention to details sets the tone for the day. We prioritize smooth driving, clean vehicles, respectful park behavior, and clear time management so your day stays relaxed.

Fun Facts about each of us
Dane – Has a Master’s Degree from the University of Utah, but is a huge BYU fan.
Daniel – Speaks Arabic fluently.
Deena – Enjoys off-roading and accounting
Kristyanne – Formerly a High School History teacher
Colette – Has earned a Jr. Ranger badge from over 50 national park sites.
Roman – Loves rappelling and camping
Bam Bam – Can shoot a quarter size target from 50 yards away with a .22
Great American Tour Co. is a family owned and operated business. Dane and Deena are married with six children, including Colette, Roman, and Bam Bam. Daniel and Kristyanne are married and have a daughter. Deena and Kristyanne are sisters.
